Yes! You may receive free samples by completing the “Sample Form” HERE.

You will find the exact shelf life of each item on the Product Description section of the particular product. Chocolate does not need to be refrigerated, in fact, we recommend storing it at room temperature below 80 F away from direct sunlight & heating units. All other packaged items, such as, cookies, popcorn, candies & mints, must be stored in a dry, cool place.

The turnaround time depends on the products that you are interested in. Our regular turnaround time is between 5-7 business days. However, some items require a little extra time. If you are under a deadline, please reach out to and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Free warehousing programs

One Piacere Confections maintains a temperature controlled facility. We can work with you to create a warehousing program to pre-produce your products & partially ship on demand. This program will allow you to place a larger order, taking full advantage of our volume discounts. You may provide shipping dates at the time of your order or submit them later, based on your consumption. Contact our gift experts for more information.

Multiple locations

If you need to ship your order to multiple locations please contact us after your submit the purchase and we will accommodate you. A fee may apply for each drop shipment.

Summer time

All chocolate products shipping under warm weather climates require insulation. Cooler & ice fees are included in shipping costs. Larger orders can be shipped via refrigerated trucks.
